Corny but true....

 Finally!
A warm and sunny day!
I broke out the sweet corn, which isn't exactly in season yet but just felt right for the first real day of summer fun.

Yael was very happy with the corn.
(Sam was too but wouldn't let me take his picture!)
David doesn't like corn.
His loss.

Corn-on-the-cob is such a summer joy. Tomorrow - the pool!

Yum, corn. My eldest can't eat corn now because of the braces. I predict second to eldest will get the braces soon after his bar-mitzvah (in the fall). But I agree with Yael.

It is so late now - and that yummy corn made me hungry! She enjoys it!

I definitely agree with Yael about the yumminess of corn! Especially good American corn, the stuff you get here in Israel just doesn't compare.

Hurray for summer finally reaching your corner of the world too! It's about darn time.

I can't wait for the first fresh ears to come out of the garden!
I thought for a minute she wasn't going to stop for the camera at all.
A sweet image!

I could hardly see the corn at first, because I was mesmerized by her eyes! What fun photos. Thanks for sharing them (but you made me hungry for corn).

Your daughter has such beautiful eyes. Wonderful pictures of enjoying the sweet summer corn.

Wishing you a scent-sational summer stock sunday!

Ooof, that little girl is so sweet. Can't get enough of the eyes/curls combo.

You're right, it's David's loss. Who doesn't like corn?

(Whenever I see corn it makes me think about this really geeky rabbi conversation I had about whether eating corn on the cob qualified as dosh....)
