Signs of spring?

Driving through downtown Highland Park, IL :

NPR: It's 47 degrees at O'Hare

My window is half-open.

I see....one woman in a down coat...and another in a tank top?

Well, the sky is blue, the sun is shining.

But a tank top?

    Well it is officially Spring. That's a bit cold for me to be in a tank top.

    I remember New Years in New York one year seeing a girl is shorts and a bikini top (I don't think she was working), she seemed happy enough, and who am I to argue. I shudder at the thought of sleeping with the window open.

    Sometimes we confuse sunshine with warmth. It happens in San Francisco all the time. :)
